Karli Joslin, RBT

Karli Joslin is a dedicated behavioral professional with over six years of experience supporting children with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs across clinical, educational, and home-based settings. She holds a Master of Arts in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Behavioral Health Sciences in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.

Karli has served in multiple roles across the behavioral health field, including Registered Behavior Technician, Lead Registered Behavior Technician, Case Manager, and Clinic Administrator. To ensure quality care, she has developed extensive expertise in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting data-driven assessments, and collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Her approach is both neuroaffirming and trauma-informed, ensuring that each child is supported with dignity, respect, and an understanding of their unique needs. Karli’s approach is compassionate and relationship-centered    G with a commitment to helping each individual feel supported, understood, and confident in their growth.

As a clinician at Silver Linings Neurodevelopment, Karli offers the following services to pediatric patients with an ASD diagnosis: direct 1:1 ABA services in clinic and school settings, parent training, behavior modification, and school consultation and support, working closely with families and educators to promote consistency across natural and structured environments. All services are provided under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring that care remains ethical, evidence-based, and tailored to each child’s individual needs.
